In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution with us via email. If resolution is not possible, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration will be conducted within 20 miles of Sacramento, California, and the only remedy awarded will be a refund of the amount paid for the disputed purchase. You waive the right to bring class actions or pursue punitive damages.

Chargebacks are not tolerated. Any disputes will be reported to credit bureaus if not resolved amicably.
